  • How do I manage my email addresses?
    - You can create email accounts and forwarders when you login to your Website Direct client area. It's important that you host your website with Website Direct if you'd like to use this feature.
  • Are there any recurring fees?
    - Our services are subscription-based. You can purchase a subscription for 1 or 3 years. The subscription includes hosting fees, installation service, free upgrades and maintenence, backup service and support. The subscription also enables us to continuously improve the service and ensures that it runs smoothly.
  • How much does it cost to design a website?
    - We can develop a completely new look for your website, with 2 rounds of revisions for a very competitive price of $499 including the GST. These are the options you need to configure to start receiving online appointments:

  1. Fill in the services you provide, service duration, pricing, time gaps before and after appointments (in minutes) and deposit payment amount in percentage of total (optional) that you wish to accept during booking process.
  2. Enter your email address to receive booking notifications. Personalise text in the notification emails.
  3. Nominate company employees that will receive the booking confirmations. Notifications can be sent to employees that are nominated for the service. For example, Mary will receive confirmations for Financial Advice services, and Bob will receive emails only for Legal Advice bookings.
  4. Select payment gateway options. Select how you want to receive payments for bookings. The easiest way is to setup a PayPal account and receive money into your existing business bank account. Alternatively, we can connect the system to any other banking gateway.
  5. Set business working hours. These will not be available for bookings.
  6. Place the code provided into your website to display the appointment booking form.
